I was eager to visit the Royal Albert Dock during my trip to Liverpool, and I specifically chose the Maldron for its prime location near this iconic landmark. To my delight, the staff was impressive and helped make my stay smooth and enjoyable. The hotel provided detailed information about everything I needed, from dining options to local attractions, which was helpful. The breakfast was fantastic, featuring an array of delicious choices crafted by skilled chefs using fresh, seasonal ingredients from local suppliers.
The room wasn’t done when we entered, with blankets and pillows on the floor. the receptionist, April, sorted it out and even offered us drinks vouchers.

Consider asking for room service for breakfast. it offers a wider selection and more comfortable dining experience in your room.

Proximity to Albert Docks, powerful in-room appliances, secure luggage storage
Air conditioning was ineffective, room lacked proper storage options!!! Consider improving housekeeping's attention to guest requests, as those delayed responses really put a damper on the experience!!!

Great location, super clean and modern! Staff were friendly and quick to help when we needed a room change. Just wish the coffee machine was better and there were more tea bags. A lovely stay in a stylish spot-would definitely come back!

This hotel was a great base for our family trip! We loved exploring the vibrant Cavern Quarter nearby. Everything was new and fresh, and we particularly enjoyed the spacious Beautiful Double & Single Room we booked for three of us. Our child had a blast!
My kids wished the breakfast choices ran out less frequently. They found it annoying waiting for the basics each morning. It would also be great if the staff could replenish items more regularly, especially during busy times.
