Consider asking for room service for breakfast. it offers a wider selection and more comfortable dining experience in your room.

Proximity to Albert Docks, powerful in-room appliances, secure luggage storage
Air conditioning was ineffective, room lacked proper storage options!!! Consider improving housekeeping's attention to guest requests, as those delayed responses really put a damper on the experience!!!

This hotel was a great base for our family trip! We loved exploring the vibrant Cavern Quarter nearby. Everything was new and fresh, and we particularly enjoyed the spacious Deluxe Double & Single Room we booked for three of us. Our child had a blast!
My kids wished the breakfast choices ran out less frequently. They found it annoying waiting for the basics each morning. It would also be great if the staff could replenish items more regularly, especially during busy times.

Perfect Location and Friendly Staff
I had a wonderful stay in a Deluxe Double & Single Room for 2 nights. The hotel is perfectly located just a few minutes from the Albert Docks and city center, making it easy to explore. The staff were incredibly friendly and assisted with everything we needed, which made the experience even better. The breakfast was varied and fresh, catering to all dietary needs, which I greatly appreciated. I wish there had been a bit more variety in the coffee options available.

More handrails in bathrooms would be helpful.

Perfect spot for families
The breakfast selection was top-notch, not your average fare, I mean, real quality stuff, and the staff couldn’t have been more attentive, like they were genuinely happy to serve you. when we needed extra chairs in the room, they brought them up right away, no hassle at all.
It’s not exactly budget-friendly, but I guess you pay for quality.

Attentive staff provided excellent service.
I was appalled by the room's cleanliness. it was unacceptable. The bathroom ledge was smeared with previous guests' toiletries, and I even found hairs behind the tissue box. To make matters worse, there were blood stains on the duvet cover! Even after the swift response from reception, which included offers to replace the duvet or move rooms, I was left disappointed with no compensation for such a horrific experience.
